We all have a favorite type of kimchi. I like to cook with it, and I always have a jar of it on hand. It’s a great way to add some extra flavor to a dish or to use in a recipe. I’ve enjoyed a lot of kimchi over the years, like in this kimchi beauty recipe. The kimchi is deep fermented, so it is a naturally sweet, delicious, and flavorful condiment.
