There are a lot of words that have been used to describe beauty sleep.

I believe there are a few more, but these three are the most common: Beauty sleep, sleep with abandon, and self-love.

If you think of beauty sleep as a state of complete relaxation, that isn’t so far from the truth. The act of embracing one’s beauty and letting it seep into every cell of your being, you become soothed and calm. But beauty sleep isn’t all about feeling good, it’s also about feeling like you’re not just the sum of your current state.

I think we all know how important sleep is to our well-being, but if we don’t take care of our bodies and we don’t keep them in good shape we will eventually suffer with symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other health issues. Most of us would agree that the act of getting enough sleep is the single most important thing we can do to improve our physical and mental well being.

It’s not that you don’t have a lot of time to get a good night’s sleep. It is that you do so in a way that is most likely not conducive to a healthy state of mind. I remember waking up the morning after a really bad night’s sleep and thinking, “I don’t want to be like this” and “I’m not going to be able to do this anymore” and “I’m not going to be able to function this morning.

In an effort to combat the “good nights sleep” myth, we’ve created a series of video blogs (ahem, YouTube) that will show how to get the most out of your sleep and how to avoid the pitfalls of sleep deprivation. These videos are intended to be educational, but most of them are also rather funny. If you get enough sleep and want to improve your health and feel the best you can, you owe it to yourself to check out these videos.

Sleep is important. I know this for a fact. If I had to do it over, I’d be doing it at least once a week. We’ve all heard the good night sleep myth and it is a big part of the reason why people struggle to get to sleep. But there’s a lot more to sleep than just that, and many of the ways to get the most out of it.

But sleep also has many more positive aspects, and these are what I would recommend.

The first one is the most important: getting a good night’s sleep. Sleep is a process of being able to tune into your body and your mind, and its normal that when we don’t get enough we want to get more. But for many people, it can be hard to keep track of how much sleep they’re getting, so we usually don’t know. The other important aspect of sleep is mindfulness. When we sleep we are able to tune into the deep, inner parts of ourselves.

One of my favorite ways to practice mindfulness is meditation. There are many different forms of meditation, but I love a process called “body scan.” This involves taking a position and focusing on the body as it is moving. Think of it as looking inside your cell phone and looking at the screen. This body scan can be done in a variety of ways. One technique involves getting a person to lie down on a couch. Another approach involves laying down on a bed.
