After a hard day of work or school, it can be easy to lose sight of all the beauty around us. I don’t mean just the sun-drenched sky or a pretty flower; I mean the beauty we see in our surroundings. When we see it, we get a little bit more excited and feel a little more alive.
Well, I don’t know about you, but I feel that when I see a girl I’m happy to see. I don’t mean that I see her in a sexual way or anything, but I feel a little more alive when I see her. For me this is very personal. I know it doesn’t make sense, but I just feel like this little spark of happiness that keeps me up at night.
Well, I guess I could just say that the beauty in pain is like the energy of a fire that just keeps on burning. I think I could feel this energy when I was growing up and when I went to college. But since I was in college, I don’t feel this fire anywhere near anymore.
A similar feeling of happiness I get from reading a book. It makes me feel like my brain is finally starting to get some sort of life back. I guess I could just say that the beauty in pain is like a warm, warm, warm sensation. I guess I could just say that the beauty in pain is like a warm, warm, warm sensation.

Now I’m not saying that pain is bad, but it can be overwhelming. And I’m pretty sure that the majority of people use pain to keep themselves from being completely overwhelmed. After all, pain is a type of stimulation, and a constant need to be entertained. If all you feel is pain, then you’re probably not paying attention or taking advantage of your own body.
Another way to take advantage of our body’s ability to feel pleasure is to use it to manipulate it. People who use pain to keep themselves in check often do it through their diet. They try to avoid foods that stimulate their body, such as sugar, salt, caffeine, alcohol, and wheat, for example. They eat foods that dull their bodies from the inside, such as foods with a high fiber content such as vegetables and fruits.
While pain is an interesting way to use our bodies, it is not the only one. What I’m going to talk about is the use of pleasure and pain to get pleasure from ourselves.
